returns & shipping

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Coast to Home. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to offer a refund or a merchandise exchange (less shipping costs) on damaged or incorrectly shipped items, within 7 days of your original purchase.

As a non-stocking dealer, we are held to strict no-return policies by our manufacturers. We make every effort to completely and accurately describe each item so that customers may verify measurements and interest before placing an order. Please feel free to contact us at with any questions you may have before placing your order, we are happy to help.

Please inspect your packages upon receipt.  Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time - our vendors are very strict with this policy. Please report any damage or missing items to and attach photos of the damaged goods/cartons.

Merchandise must be returned in unused, original condition. Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Customer assumes cost of return shipping. Sale merchandise, custom ordered items and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee.

You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning an item. We will provide this to you. Please see our simple return instructions below.

  • Returns must include our RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • Contact us at to request an RMA number and shipping instructions for your return.
  • We will provide return shipping address.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Returned items must be in original, new, unused condition with all tags and labels intact, and must be in their original packages.
  • Please do not write on cartons - handwriting on factory cartons can prohibit the ability to return the item.
All returns must include:
  • a copy of your original sales receipt
  • your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • reason for the return
  • choice of store credit or refund to your credit card

After you have received the RMA, the merchandise must be returned within TEN (10) business days. Returns after this period cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

Upon receiving the returned or exchanged merchandise, Coast to Home reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the above policy requirements.

  • We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible, therefore we ship straight from our vendors & manufacturers.  
  • Items may ship separately and/or from multiple carriers.  
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.  Occasionally manufacturers require longer lead time, in which case we will notify you.
  • Shipping times can vary yet expected delivery/arrival times are generally between 7-14 business days.
  • Occasionally items may be unexpectedly out of stock. In this case we will notify you and offer a back order date if applicable, or an alternative item. If neither of these options are acceptable to you, we will gladly refund your purchase.
  • Above shipping rates apply to United States only.
  • Additional shipping charges will be incurred on all international orders.
  • Additional shipping charges may be incurred on larger or special delivery items, in which case we will notify you if not already noted on product description.
