We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Coast to Home. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to offer a refund or a merchandise exchange (less shipping costs) on damaged or incorrectly shipped items, within 7 days of your original purchase.
As a non-stocking dealer, we are held to strict no-return policies by our manufacturers. We make every effort to completely and accurately describe each item so that customers may verify measurements and interest before placing an order. Please inspect your packages upon receipt. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time - our vendors are very strict with this policy. Please report any damage or missing items to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos of the damaged goods/cartons.
Merchandise must be returned in unused, original condition. Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Customer assumes cost of return shipping. Sale merchandise, custom ordered items and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning an item. We will provide this to you. Please see our simple return instructions below.
After you have received the RMA, the merchandise must be returned within TEN (10) business days. Returns after this period cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
Upon receiving the returned or exchanged merchandise, Coast to Home reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the above policy requirements.
