Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Coast to Home. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist you. Please review our policy below for details.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days of receipt.
  • As a non-stocking dealer, we are bound by our manufacturers’ strict no-return policies. We provide detailed product descriptions to help you make informed decisions before purchasing. If you have any questions before placing an order, please reach out to us at info@coast-to-home.com.
  • Final Sale Items: Custom orders, monogrammed items, and sale merchandise are non-returnable.

Reporting Damages or Missing Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • To file a claim, email info@coast-to-home.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged items and packaging
    • A description of the issue

Failure to report damages within 24 hours may result in the inability to process a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any items.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request an RMA Number: Email info@coast-to-home.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Follow Shipping Instructions: We will provide the return shipping address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
  3. Prepare Your Return:
    • Include a copy of your original sales receipt.
    • Attach the RMA number.
    • Clearly state whether you prefer store credit or a refund.
    • Do not write on the factory cartons, as this may void the return.
  4. Ship Within 10 Business Days: Once you receive an RMA, the return must be postmarked within 10 business days.

Processing Your Refund

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your preference.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

Coast to Home reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the above return conditions.
